Can my orders be tracked?

Yes, All orders will be provided with a tracking number after your order has been posted.

How long does it take to process the order?

My online order hasn’t arrived yet.

What happens if my package is lost or wrongly delivered?

If an item becomes lost in the postal system, is wrongly delivered or damaged, we will lodge an investigation on your behalf with our shipping provider and assist.

Can I make changes to my order once it is placed?

Any changes to your orders can be done within 2 hours after placing the order with us.

Do you provide Express Post for urgent Delivery?

We do provide Express post and you can find the rates during checkout. If there are no Express post rates for certain Countries, please Contact Us.

My package is delayed due to Customs?

Each Country has their own custom rules and duty charges. C&S will not be responsibile for any Duty charges or delay due to Customs.
